Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor.

Please advise reception staff of the length of appointment you require so your doctor is able to spend the time you will need to address your concerns.

For a new patient please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to enable us to prepare your paperwork and enter you into our computer system.

We can now send your claim through to Medicare via their online claiming service. If you would like to use this service, please bring your BSB & Account number with you so we can submit your claim to Medicare on your behalf. Otherwise, you can take a receipt and claim as normal.

We ask patients to give at least 4 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows us time to contact patient's who are on our cancellation list.

If you fail to attend a booked appointment or give appropriate notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. This fee is no-refundable from Medicare.
